Shipping Policy

SetPlay works with dropshipping fulfillment partners through DSers and AliExpress. Delivery times below are conservative estimates based on the supplier workflow available to us. Exact shipping options and destination availability are shown at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are usually sent to the supplier for processing within 1-3 business days. In some cases, supplier processing can take up to 7 business days before tracking becomes available.

Estimated delivery

Most orders are estimated to arrive within 7-20 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of supplier processing, carrier delays, destination country, customs checks, public holidays, or other events outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking is provided after the supplier ships the order and a tracking number becomes available. DSers syncs supplier tracking information to Shopify after it appears from the supplier.

Shipping countries

We currently ship to the countries and regions enabled at checkout. If checkout does not offer shipping to your address, we are not currently able to ship there.

Customs and import charges

Depending on your destination country, orders may be subject to local customs, taxes, import duties, or handling fees. These charges, if applied by your country or carrier, are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your order has not updated for an unusual amount of time, or if it arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at zaihebian2021@gmail.com with your order number. For damaged or wrong items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can review the issue with the supplier.
